How to make kappawari ------------------------------------------------- ----
① Put the cucumbers on the slicer for decoration.
(We recommend cucumbers that are as straight as possible.)
② Sprinkle salt on the cucumbers placed in the slicer and leave for a while.
Let it sit for a while, then twist it up and insert it into a toothpick.
③ Grind the remaining cucumbers in a mortar (or radish grater). Squeeze and filter only the cucumber juice by hand.
④ Fill a glass with ice, pour in the shochu, and gently add the strained cucumber juice.
(Recommended ratio is 5:5)
⑤ Lightly steer.
