We're already halfway through this week! Wednesday we want to build up our guts for the second half. At times like this, meat is the only option. The spare ribs are seasoned in advance and grilled to perfection. It's good to make it in a frying pan, but if you have a hot plate, you can also grill vegetables and enjoy the BBQ atmosphere easily (...I like using a hot plate because it takes less time!)
It's a fatty dish with a strong garlic flavor, so the Beni Otome STANDARD is mixed with oolong tea. Teas with aromatic flavors such as sesame barley tea and hojicha go perfectly with sesame shochu. I'll have it in a wine glass today.
