On October 31, 2023, the results of the Reiwa 5 Fukuoka Regional Taxation Bureau Jurisdiction Liquor Appraisal were announced, and in the Honkaku Shochu category, ``Kappa Kusenbo Fukuoka no Kome'' and ``Honkan Mugi Shochu Naokai'' were announced. We received the gold award.

■Fukuoka Regional Taxation Bureau Jurisdictional Liquor Appraisal Association The Fukuoka Regional Taxation Bureau Jurisdiction (Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture) aims to advance sake brewing technology and improve the quality of alcoholic beverages within the jurisdiction through quality evaluation of sake and genuine shochu manufactured within the jurisdiction of the Fukuoka Regional Taxation Bureau (Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture). We hold a liquor competition every year with the aim of contributing to the development of alcoholic beverages. In this year's Honkaku Shochu category, 100 entries were submitted from 35 factories, and the most outstanding ones were awarded the Grand Prize and the Gold Prize.
