“Beni Otome Umeshu” won the bronze medal at the “National Plum Wine Fair 2023,” the results of which were announced on November 15, 2023.
The bronze award was won in the authentic shochu and plum wine category out of more than 160 sake items.

``Beni-Otome Plum Wine'' is an authentic plum wine made by soaking ``Kojo Plum'', also known as ``Blue Diamond'', in sesame shochu produced by Beni-Otome Sake Brewery. It is a rich and rich adult plum wine with an alcohol content of 18%.
We will continue to make efforts and devote ourselves to sake brewing.
