Beniotome Sake Brewery produces barrel-aged shochu that has been aged in barrels for many years. However, when producing barrel-aged sake as shochu, it is necessary to adjust the color to the color specified by the Liquor Tax Law through blending and filtration. We have commercialized the ``Beni Otome Taru CASK FINISH Series'' in the liqueur category rather than shochu because we want customers to enjoy the rich flavor of barrel-aged sake without adjusting the color. (*Uses dietary fiber that has little effect on flavor.)
"Beni Otome Barrel CASK FINISH Series" is aged in French oak barrels, which are mainly used, and then transferred to various types of barrels for cask finishing, so that you can enjoy the difference in flavor depending on the barrel material etc. (ripening). We appreciate your patronage of barrel-aged sake made with authentic shochu, Japan's national liquor.
